Our Mission
Who We Are
Epic Helping Hands, Inc. is a dedicated non-profit agency focused on organizing impactful events that uplift other non-profits and individuals. With over ten years of experience, our drive is rooted in commitment to community service and volunteerism.

OUR MISSION IS TWO-FOLD:
1-Produce events helping other non-profits and individuals in need.

2-Assist eligible elderly residents in the immediate area of Queensbury who simply need a helping hand doing a small chore who have no family or anyone to turn to for help.

Our five designated categories for eligible beneficiaries include:
Groups/Agencies in the Warren, Northern Saratoga & Western Washington County areas dedicated to helping (1) veterans and their families, (2) first responders and their families, (3) animal related rescues and services, (4) youth groups and (5) elderly residents who are alone in the immediate area of Queensbury.

Epic Helping Hands, The Lake George Adult Prom and Mom Prom History:

Initially, the first two proms in 2014 & 2015 were planned by Gretchen and Christine, graduates of Lake George High School. They were assisted by our treasurer Mark, a classmate of theirs, who also donated the entertainment portion, along with other members of the American Disc Jockey Association, Adirondack Chapter (ADJA).

In 2016 the ladies turned the prom over to the ADJA chapter, a non-profit 501c3 in NYS, to continue the tradition. The ADJA has been running the prom since, up until 2023.

In December 2022, the ADJA chapter disbanded and changed the corporate name to Epic Helping Hands, still a 501c3 non-profit.
